Assault and Battery

A Magnuson Lowell client was quite surprised one evening. He was sitting at a local bar with friends when a man walked in, bent over, and literally bit off the tip of the man's nose! The assailant spit out the nose and fled. He was eventually caught, charged, and convicted of assault.
