Jennifer Oswald

Redmond, Washington
Born and raised in a small town in Oregon, Jennifer moved to the Seattle area after college. After working as a paralegal in construction and real estate law for a few years, Jennifer enrolled at Seattle University School of Law.

Jennifer discovered her passion for family law while working in the domestic violence clinic in law school. There, she represented clients seeking domestic violence protection orders as well as clients seeking protection under the Violence Against Women Act. During law school, she was also an extern for Judge Fox at King County Superior Court as well as a teaching assistant for Civil Procedure and Property.

Jennifer has also tried her hand working with foreign courts through fellowships with a humanitarian organization in both India and Ghana. Her familiarity with foreign courts is especially valuable when working with clients who have cases in foreign jurisdictions. Jennifer presented a legal education seminar on this experience through the Washington State Bar Association.

Jennifer brings this experience to assist her clients Magnuson Lowell, P.S. While at home, she enjoys spending time with her husband and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
